To provide a place in nature where youth can deepen their Christian faith through inspired, God-centered programs and experiences.

As such the following provides input and inspiration for our purpose:

Our Story

​At Camp Waianae, we know that Christ taught his followers in and from nature the values of Christianity.  Our 25 acres of lush land, including 4 acres of open grounds and camp facilities, provide a unique setting where Christian faith and values can be nurtured.  Operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Hawaii, we are here to serve our youth and the wider community.  We’re committed to providing great facilities along with a welcoming and caring environment for summer camps, your ministry and school groups.
 
​In the 1960’s, God blessed the Seventh-day Adventist church with Camp Wai'anae.

Nestled at the foot of the majestic Kahala mountain range, Camp Wai’anae is a beautiful sanctuary. Here, the gentle cooing of the Zebra Doves greets each morning, inviting you to embrace a day full of inspiration and great experiences. Then, as the golden sunsets of Hawaii’s west coast casts a glow on the mountains, the cool ocean breeze refreshes your spirit.
